An African investment advisor with experience transacting internationally and in mergers & acquisition, capital raising, corporate finance, private capital investment and project finance strategies across multiple sectors currently seek to fill the role below

JOB TITLE: Vice President
REPORTS TO: Senior Partner
BUSINESS UNIT: Investment Banking
LOCATION: Lagos
Level: Full Time
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Management or any other numerical or technical discipline from a reputable University
PREFERRED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:10-12years of post-graduation experience
SALARY: N20,000,000-N25,000,000 Per Annum
INDUSTRY: INVESTMENT ADVISORY/CONSULTING

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the execution of projects with clients which includes and is not limited to financial modeling, valuation, M&A advisory, preparation of information memorandum and transaction management
• Manage projects and serving as team lead
• Acts as an advisor/mentor to project team members and client teams
• Ensure timely delivery/execution of tasks and projects
• Participate in project presentation to clients
• Deliver professional presentations
• Ensure consistent quality of thought, work processes and deliverables
• Ensure quality of deliverables & work processes; checking against agreements to ensure conformity with contact guidelines and client expectations
• Manage all aspects of client engagements with emphasis on solutions delivery and client satisfaction

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Management or any other numerical or technical discipline from a reputable University.
• Minimum of 10 years’ relevant post-graduation experience gained in investment banking or       similar environment
• Appropriate post-graduate and/or professional qualifications such as an MBA, CFA, MSc. in Finance, ACA, ACCA.
• International exposure through study, travel or work experience is a key requirement

SALARY: N20,000,000 -N25,000,000 Per Annum
