JOB SUMMARY:
 
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for marketing and promoting the brand and developing marketing strategies that will increase market share and aid positive public image.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
:
  • Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy.
  • Promote sales & marketing for the company
  • Liaise and network with customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations
  • Formulate, coordinate and direct marketing activities and policies.
  • Organize and plan new product launch
  • Coordinate and design product catalogues from start to finish
  • Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets.
  • Sell and meet marketing targets
  • Train marketing team on product knowledge and necessary skills.
  • Carry out all forms of marketing i.e. legwork, e-marketing, tele-marketing etc.
  • Collaborate with the Management to develop strategies and to improve market share in all products.
  • Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
  • Liaise with shop supervisors to coordinate the sales activities of all stores

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must possess Bachelors of Science degree or Higher National Diploma in Marketing, Business Management or any equivalent field and sales management experience
  • Must have previous experience in managing a sales team
  • Experience in the fashion industry is an added advantage
  • Must be able to use Microsoft office

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
  • Must have at least 3 years’ experience in Marketing or  Public relations
  • Must be fashionable and have interest in fashion

  • Must be honest and trustworthy
  • Should be able to effectively market and sell the company’s products and services
  • Writing and communications skills
  • Must possess influencing and persuasion skills

SALARY: N150,000- N200,000

JOB SUMMARY:
The Head of Finance is responsible for driving the financial planning of the company and to retain constant awareness of the company's financial position and act to prevent problems.
 


                                                                       



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Drive the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks 
  • Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems
  • Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel management accountants, internal auditors etc.
  • Oversee all audit and internal control operations . 
  • Develop the corporate fundraising strategy and manage relationships with partners and investors. 
  • Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis. Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives .
  • Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines . 
  • Responsible for general ledger financial reporting including preparing financial statements and related monthly financial reports.  
  • Manage the monthly financial closing process including review of all accounting reconciliations.  
  • Perform consolidation of all legal entities and preparing consolidated balance sheet, income statements and statement of cash flows .. 
  • Oversee Company’s accounts receivable and related collection processes and credit management 
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • BA / BSc in Economics, Engineering, Law, Accounting or Finance (2:1 and above) .
  • MBA, Masters or Post Graduate degree in Finance or Economics
  • Must be a Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA)
  • 7+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles

  • Well presented, good communication and negotiation skills.  
  • Energetic, willing and ‘can-do’ attitude. 
  • Ability to analyse situations and take corrective actions. 
  • Excellent quality, attention to detail, & organisational skills. 
  • Excellent numeric skills. 
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 
  • PC proficiency and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point, Google and ERP accounting application is essential. 
Annual Gross Salary – NGN9,000,000
