A Client Acquisition Manager with experience in the Agency Banking or  Banking/Fintech industry is needed in Lagos. 

Summary
The Agency banking, POS/Client Acquisition manager will lead the agency banking, POS and client
acquisition initiatives by acquiring and on boarding POS merchants and new clients in identified
sectors including SMEs while growing the B2B aspect of the business.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 Drive organization plans for achieving Agency Banking/POS goals.
 Acquire and on board POS merchants in identified sectors and locations.
 Grow B2B by acquiring and on boarding high profile clients in identified sectors and
    locations.
 Work with small and large profile agents’ on products acquisition and problem
    resolution
 Achieve growth and hit Agency Banking/POS and B2B targets by succesfully managing the         
    assigned team members
 Define and implement nation-wide Agency Banking/POS plans, write presentations,
    reports and price quotations.
 Manage significant opportunity pipeline to guarantee success and nation- wide growth.
 Strategize sales B2B plans for short and long term objectives.
 Conversant with regional competitive activities and overall market place on time.
 Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they
     relate to partner relationships.
 Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition
 Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative sales solutions
 Provide weekly and monthly reports on activities

Requirements
 BSc/MSc degree in business administration or a related field
 Successful previous experience in Agency Banking or in the Banking/Fintech sector,
 At least eight (8) years of experience in business development roles with proven record
    of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
 Possession of a strong SME base or access to obtaining one.
 Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at
    all levels of the organization
 Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
 Strong business sense and industry expertise
 Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
 Experience with the SME segnment is an added advantage. 

Salary: N4,800,000 -N7,200,000 per annum (negotiable)

A Store Manager is needed by a company in the fashion industry on the island

JOB DESCRIPTION:
A fashion boutique and online store that is currently based in Lekki, Lagos Nigeria currently seeks a store manager. The store manager will assist with running the front and back-end operations of the store.


KEY OBJECTIVES:
Assist customers to identify and purchase products that they want or need. Sell and restock merchandise. Support the company’s revenue growth by providing world-class service and implementing intelligent sales tactics. Participate in sales planning and campaigns/promotions for the store.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Maintain an outstanding store ambience and visual merchandising guidelines
  • Promote the sales process by maintaining a fully stocked store and proactively engage the customer during their store/purchase experience
  • Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
  • Recommend and display items that match customer needs
  • Welcome and greet customers
  • Follow the point-of-sale processes
  • Keep up to date with product information
  • Accurately describe product features and benefits
  • Follow all companies policies and procedures
  • Active involvement in the receipt of shipments and other logistics
QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Minimum of BSC in a sales-related course
  • 3years work experience as a sales/ store assistant, customer service or sales representative
  • Must possess basic IT/ Computer skills
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills
  • Ability to handle customers pressure e.g. two or more customers at a time
  • Must be friendly, warm and charismatic
  • Be detailed and security conscious
  • Must be honest and trustworthy
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Patient with the customer and should be able to engage the customer
  • Sales skills are key
  • Must be a hard worker and good team player
PREFERENCE:
  • Females are encouraged to apply
  • The preferred candidate will work Monday through Saturday 

SALARY: N60,000-N80,000 per month Plus bonu
