JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Store Manager will be responsible for handling the daily management of the operations of its jewelry store. The candidate must be a passionate and self-driven individual who can generate/increase sales by engaging with customers to receive inquiries, obtain feedback as well as resolve complaints.

 
KEY OBJECTIVES:

• Maintain and supervise store operations, ambience and brand experience such as to attract and retain customers as well as generate daily sales.
• Continuously obtain feedback from customers, record and forward to management,
• Assist in sales planning and promotions for the store.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the daily activities and operations of the store
• Ensure every customer enjoys a positive brand experience
• Obtain and file customer records and feedback/comments
• Discuss services and products offered by the company.
• Maintain store outlook, cleanliness, and ambience
• Respond to inquiries or forwarding them to the appropriate management personnel
• Promote and advertise the store and brand
• Manage store inventory & financial records
• File and maintain all source documents appropriately
• Ensure that sales and other store personnel comply with company policies, procedures and security checks
• Man the till and receive customers’ payments
• Educate customers about warrantees and guarantees of sold pieces and ensure that all documentation is included with the bagged product
• Ensure that all displays are properly locked and secured
• Ascertain that all pieces of jewelry are locked up in assigned storage places at the end of the day
• Send out thank you notes to customers and keep them in the loop regarding new arrivals

QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Minimum of HND or equivalent degree
• Minimum of 4years work experience as a sales/ store manager
• Must possess basic accounting/ book keeping knowledge
• Must possess basic IT/ Computer skills
• Exceptional listening and communication skills
• Ability to handle customers pressure e.g. two or more customers at a time
• Must be friendly, warm and charismatic
• Be detailed and security conscious
• Must be honest and trustworthy
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Must be stylish and fashionable 


PROFILE :

• Females are encouraged to apply
• Between 30 - 35years of age
• Preferably resident on the island

SCOPE OF WORK: Monday to Saturdays

SALARY: N80,000- N100,000
