A health care support company that offers home/in-patient care solutions for respiratory and other related medical problems currently seeks a medical doctor with experience selling medical equipments or solutions

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Respiratory Equipment Sales Specialist you are to  help in  selling and promoting breathing devices and respiratory equipment products to healthcare professionals and end-users. You are responsible for marketing the equipment, in line with the commercial strategy of the business, to potential clients, identifying prospective business opportunities for the company and providing the relevant departments with feedback. You  will also be responsible for maintaining the equipment and managing the inventory.  He/ She will be responsible for finding and winning new customers, as well as looking after existing customer accounts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Sell the company's respiratory equipment to doctors and other relevant healthcare professionals.

  • Present company products information to potential and existing customers and persuading them to make purchases.

  • Schedule meetings with potential and existing customers, which includes doctors, other health care professionals and patients.

  • Identify customers' needs and recommend company products that best fulfill those needs.

  • Maintain solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.

  • Work with MD to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.

  • Follow up on leads generated by the company.

  • Prepare presentations for potential customers.

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of company devices and equipment.

  • Keep detailed records of all contacts and manage client interactions through a Client Relationship Management (CRM).

  • Research competitors’ products, pricing, and market success.

  • Preparing sales reports for management review.


SKILLS AND REQUIREMENT:
  • Qualified Medical Doctor (M.D. or M.B.)

  • 3-5 years’ experience as a medical doctor 

  • Proven medical sales experience is an advantage

  • Familiarity with current medical issues

  • Knowledge of MS Office

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent teamwork and networking skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Strong negotiation and sales skills

  • Highly motivated and target driven

  • Self-driven and self-motivated


SALARY: N200-300k  Monthly
