JOB SUMMARY:

Our client, in the Fintech industry seek to hire a competent training and career development executive officer. the ideal candidate will work directly with the head of human capital management, the training and career development executive will provide support in career and learning development of employees to build the right skills and competencies needed in the organization to meet its strategic goals.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Identify staff training and development needs using different means including job analysis, staff appraisals and consultation with staff and line managers 

  • Design and deliver effective induction training and monitor the development of trainees 

  • Design and coordinate training programs 

  • Produce training materials for in-house courses, including e-learning where suitable ∙ Regularly evaluate the results and effectiveness of training and career development programs and report to managers and Head, HR. 

  • Evaluate and arrange external training for specialized programs 

  • Develop training appraisal schemes to match company goals 

  • Revise training programs to meet company changes or statutory requirements. ∙ Ensure training is cost-effective and within budget. 

  • Review learning methods and keep up to date with developments in e-learning and new methodologies. 

  • Design develop and leads the implementation of the career development strategy ∙

  • Align the career development strategy with the business strategy and HR Strategy of the organization. 

  • Set the basic schedule of career development activities during each year ∙ 

  • Lead and manage the progress of different development programs for specific groups of employees and talents 

  • Promote development programs in the organization 

  • Design and implement different training assessment tools 

  • Build functional relationships with senior managers 

  • Promote strategic organization-wide projects focused on the development of talents, high potentials, and young leaders 

  • Act as the influencing member of the HR Team 

  • Provide supports to HR team on employee engagement activities 

  • Perform other duties as assigned. 


JOB QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • B.Sc. in Human Resources Management or related field. University degree in Management, Business Administration or other related fields

  • At least 7 years of experience in human resource management with special emphasis on training and career development 

  • Experience in talent management training and development or similar fields. ∙ Ability to relate to staff at all levels 

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills 

  • Strong Analytical skills 

  • Strong planning and organizing skills. 

  • Excellent presentation or facilitation skills 

  • Sound initiative and creativity 

  • Commitment to developing own personal development of skills and knowledge


SALARY: 3,500,000M to 5,000,000M per annum
