Job description: Our client in the non- profit/leisure industry is looking for an administrator or Front desk personnel, who can provide day to day administrative support to the management. He/she will coordinate activities or projects for the benefit of the company, while keeping accurate record of expenses, maintaining good accounting and overseeing or improving the company's social media presence/ page. The candidate must be capable of taking initiative and promoting or organizing the activities that support the mission of the company. Ideally, the candidate should have a passion for administrative tasks. 


Skills
Candidates applying for the role should be highly organized and must be able to perform multiple tasks at the same time. Any experience with administration and an understanding of what “excellent customer service” means will be preferred. The ideal candidate should be computer literate. Technology and digital skills will be an added advantage. 

Salary
N50,000/month

Requirements 
  • Proven work experience in administration.  
  • Excellent communication skills  
  • Organizational and time-management skills.  
  • Computer literacy, technology, and media communication skills  
  • First degree or diploma in any field 
  • 1-2 years of work experience
  • Hours: Tuesdays through Saturday, 9am to 6pm​
