JOB TITLE: Human Resources Officer
LOCATION: Lagos
JOB TYPE: Full-Time
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:  B.Sc. in Business Administration or related discipline .
Preferred Years of Experience: 5years
APPLICATION DEADLINE: 4 weeks
SALARY: N80,000-N100,000 Per Month

HR ROLE:
The role of the Human Resource Officer will be responsible for developing policies and procedures relating to the staff employed by an organization.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Draw up plans for future personnel needs
  • Actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Provide staff training and development
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Good with welfare of staff


REQUIREMENT:

  • Degree in  business administration or related course
  • Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Must be around 45 years to 50 years of age
  • Accommodation available if preferred
  • Must reside within  Egbe/Ikotun axis.

SALARY: N960,000-N1,200,000 Per annum
