JOB SUMMARY:
The front desk personnel will be responsible for supporting the marketing representatives and other personnel of the company. Provide administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests. 


JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
  • Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms.
  • Alert manager about cancellations or new meetings.
  • Handle information requests.
  • Prepare correspondence and stuff mail into envelopes.
  • Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up.
  • Source items for current and prospective clients 
  • Prepare pricing for review by manager 
  • Manage spreadsheets of diesel usage, expenses, clients information etc 
  • Greet and receive visitor.
  • Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
  • Coordinate office management activities
  • Helps prepare office budget and maintain/reconcile expenses.
  • Maintain office procedures.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepares, compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records.
  • Operate office equipment, such as photocopy machine and scanner.
  • Relay directives, instructions and assignment to executives.
  • Receive and relay telephone messages.
  • Direct the general email inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system. 
  • File all federal and state filings and deductions such as LIRS, FIRS
  • Perform other functions as directed by the management

SKILLSQUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's or a first degree in Business Administration or in a relevant qualification  
  • Windows applications, Word, Excel, administrative office procedures and written communications
  • Ability to determine work priorities, assign work, and review work for quality and production standards. 
  • Ability to meet schedules and deadlines of the work area. 
  • Ability to transcribe notes into readable memos and reports.
  • Candidate's place of residence should be around the Lekki, Ajah.

SALARY: N50,000 to N70,000
