An innovative digital solutions and distribution based company currently based in Nigeria currently seeks to fill some open positions. The company is focused on distributing online and digitally enabled products through a retail network across Nigeria.
Open positions include:
 
 
 
Strong IT software developer (engineer) with project management
experience:  Experience building enterprise platforms that can integrate with third party applications; developing, customising APIs for third party integration; developing and integrating to mobile applications.
Device Engineer: Strong IT device engineer with experience managing, repairing and maintaining electronic payment (POS) devices. Experience with handling devices with real time application modules, GPRS/3G, debit/credit card, integration to bank or third party platforms. Expert knowledge of the payment / system architecture and integration network to support POS operations.
Logistics and supply chain professional: Strong experience managing a network of retail outlets across Lagos (preferably across Nigeria). Experience should include development and creation of a logistics and supply chain system that ensures the security and prompt of disbursement of cash. Identifying, building and developing strategic outlets for cash collection.  Designing staff rotation system that will monitor, manage and control the operation and movement of cash on a real time basis.
Sales and distribution professional:  Significant experience building a distribution chain across Lagos (preferably Nigerian).  Understanding of distribution dynamics across multiple sectors including lotto, telco, insurance, FMCG etc....economics. Strong relationship with dealers and agents that can quickly implement a country wide distribution network.   Ability to manage, monitor, train, control and grow a nation wide distribution network of agents/dealers.
Head of HR and Corp Services: Strong HR experience managing staff - full-time, part-time, contracted or outsourced staff - spanning multiple States.  Experienced working with HR enterprise platforms. Experience creating, monitoring, reviewing and controlling company wide business processes.  Experience managing administrative and corporate service processes and procedures.
Executive Assistant- Well organized individual with superb planning skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel. Will report to the company CEO.
