Job Description: Special Projects Manager

You will work directly with the Managing Directors on special projects related to logistics. You will be responsible for developing the strategy behind the special project, implementing the agreed roadmap and hiring team members to make the project a reality. The job will entail:

• Travel throughout Nigeria

• Launch of a new division of the company that may represent up to 50% of company revenues

• Sourcing and activation of clients and hiring of team to run the project/business.

• Sign new clients and manage existing client relationships

• Ensure high average revenue per package dispatched per customer

• Ensure high percentage of overall delivery business managed by the company per customer.

• Develop strategy for expansion and managing of the company’s distribution hubs across Nigeria

• Develop and manage driver and hub performance model to ensure high successful delivery rate and excellent
