JOB TITLE: Sales Supervisor   

LOCATION: Lagos 
REPORTS TO: CEO
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time
JOB LEVEL : Management  level
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: Minimum of  HND in marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
PREFERRED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 2-5 years 

JOB SUMMARY:

The sales supervisor will manage the boutique to ensure smooth operations. The sales supervisor will manage the sales operations and asset protection aspects, she will be in charge of training, motivating and inspiring staff to achieve sales goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for achieving overall sales in the store
• Ensure sales targets are meet
• Train and lead every staff of the company
• Motivate staff to achieve excellent customer satisfaction 
• Ensure all customers are served timely and efficiently.
• Experience with inventory management, such as stock taking and stock reconciliation 
• Ensure the store is clean on a daily basis and well maintained, smells nice and visually attractive.
• Keep company accounting books 
• Ensure the safety of the boutique’s goods and property

• Excellent written and oral communication

• Discipline 
• Self – driven 
• Proficient with the use of computers 
• Ability to motivate others

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: 

• Minimum of  HND in marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Experience working in a retail store is an added advantage
• Experience in sales and marketing is needed for this role

PREFERABLE: Female 

PROXIMITY; Live on the Island (Lekki/Ajah Axis to be precise)

SALARY: N60,000 Monthly, with additional incentive 

NOTE: Sales and Marketing experience is compulsory
