JOB SUMMARY:
  • Head, Infrastructure, and Security is responsible for the implementation and operations of all technology infrastructures which includes data center, network and server services, telephony, service monitoring, user support/help desk, workstation management, servers, storage, and related software.
  • She/he is operationally responsible for ensuring the availability, integrity, and security of all IT systems and infrastructure and also include taking on the continual development of the security processes and controls within the business.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Works with CTO to lead the technology infrastructure strategy and execution for the 
enterprise Analyze current technology utilized within the company and develop steps and processes to improve and expand upon them .
  • Establish milestones for necessary contributions from departments and develop processes to facilitate their collaboration.
  • Assist other department engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and demonstrating them to other members of the team. 
  • Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions including materials, manpower and 
time necessary.
  • Provide clear goals for all areas of a project and develop steps to oversee their timely 
execution Work closely with engineering professionals within the company to maintain hardware and software needed for projects to be completed efficiently 
  • Mentor and train other engineers throughout the company and seek to continually improve processes company wide.
  • Supporting the business in delivering quality and compliance in order to drive down 
information security risk. 
  • Defending the business by building and implementing security processes and procedures in order to protect and respond to risk. 
  • Promoting responsible behavior by improving the culture internally to ensure all staff is 
protecting against possible security incidents. 
  • Continuous improvement by ensuring security updates and implemented as and when necessary. Planning, project management, and implementation leadership, identifying opportunities for automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement. 
  • Provide infrastructure services vision enables innovation and seeks to leverage IT trends that can create business value consistent with the company’s requirements and expectations. 
  • Development of enterprise standards and technology architecture and the IT operations governance process. 
  • Conduct product and vendor evaluations ensuring best in class technologies and partners 
  • Works closely with and manages strategic vendor partner relationships. 
  • Setup and run the Governance with the partners. Build strategic relationships for creating value for the organization. 
  • Participate in the formulation of the company's enterprise architecture and business system plans; assessing cost and feasibility, and ensuring the plan is aligned with and supports the strategic goals of the business. 
  • Hands-on technical depth enables direct oversight, problem-solving leadership, and participation for complex infrastructure implementation, system upgrades, and operational troubleshooting.
  •  Experience with comprehensive disaster recovery architecture and operations, including 
storage area network and redundant, highly-available server and network architectures. Leadership for delivery of 24/7 service operations and KPI compliance.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of bachelor’s degree/ HND in Computer/System/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering/ Applied physics/ Computer Science or a related discipline.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:
AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Relevant certification such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), Security-related certificate ideal (CISSP/CISM/CRISC)

SALARY: N6, 000,000 to N9, 600,000 Per annum

The Data Analyst will analyse large amounts of raw information to improve business, build data products, models and extract valuable business insights. Support product, sales, leadership, and marketing teams by providing insights gained from analysing company data.

The ideal candidate is adept at using large data sets to find opportunities for product and process optimization, using models to test the effectiveness of different courses of action. The candidate should be highly analytical with a knack for analysis, math, and statistics. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for interpreting data as well as a passion for research and machine-learning.

MAIN OBJECTIVE: To support product, sales, leadership, and marketing teams with insights gained from analysing company data. To use large data set to find opportunities for product and process optimization as well as using models to test the effectiveness of different courses of action.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Identify valuable data sources and automate the collection processes
  • Undertake reprocessing of structured and unstructured data
  • Analyse large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns
  • Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms
  • Combine models through ensemble modelling
  • Present information using data visualization techniques

  • Collaborate with engineering and product development teams

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience analysing data from 3rd party providers: Google Analytics, Site Catalyst, Core metrics, Adwords, Crimson Hexagon, Facebook Insights, etc.
  • Experience visualizing/presenting data for stakeholders using: Periscope, Business Objects, D3, ggplot, etc.
  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst
  • Experience in data mining
  • Understanding of machine-learning and operations research
  • Knowledge of R, SQL and Python
  • Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and data frameworks (e.g. Hadoop)
  • Analytical mind and business acumen
  • Strong math skills (e.g. statistics, algebra)
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating customer data to determine potential customers to extend credits, monitoring existing customers’ performance, performing risk assessments, writing detailed reports, and making informed decisions while extending credit.

  • Evaluate the financial status of agents/customers by producing financial ratios through computer programs and tools.
  • Assess the creditworthiness of existing or prospective agents
  • Complete ratio, trend, and cash flow analyses and create projections
  • Determine in-depth the degree of risk involved
  • Carefully analyse data and produce clear and objective reports
  • Routinely monitor loans for compliance
  • Adhere to credit policy and guidelines
  • Monitor corporate portfolio asset quality on an on-going basis
  • Draft models of credit information that predict trends and patterns
  • Proficiency in statistical packages and financial software
  • Up to date with legal, compliance, and market risk-related issues

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven working experience as a credit analyst in a Fin-Tech Industry
  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree/ HND in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in analysing consumer and SME loans.
  • Create innovative credit evaluation processes and systems.
  • Evaluating agents/customers credit data and financial statements in order to determine    the degree of risk involved in lending money to them
  • Preparing reports about the degree of risk in lending money to agents
  • Analyse agents/customers' records and using the data to recommend payment plans.
  • Conferring with credit associations and references to exchange credit information on agents.
  • Preparation of statutory reports.
  • Attention to detail.

REQUIREMENTS :
BSc/MSc degree in business administration or a related field
Successful previous experience in Merchant/SME acquisition in the Banking/Fintech sector,
At least eight (8) years of experience in sales roles with proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Possession of a strong SME base or access to obtaining one.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
