Job Summary
:
The Head, Business Development will be responsible for leading the development of new product business opportunities that supports the company overall growth strategy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identifying new product leads and potential markets by researching organisations and individuals
  • Locating or proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
  • Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Working to stringent targets and adopting a professional and knowledgeable approach to each new business call.
  • Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • BSc/BA in relevant discipline  (2:2and above)
  • MBA, Masters or Post Graduate Degree  (International degrees are highly desirable)
  • 8+ years in progressively responsible experience in business development leadership roles, preferably in a Telecommunication, FMCG, Banking, Utility Payments, Sports Betting, Lottery industry
Personal Attributes:
  • Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions
  • Must have experience of working in a corporate/business focused environment
  • Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a deep understanding of demand analysis
Other Skills & Abilities:

PC proficiency and strong working knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Word and Google application is essential.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR HEAD OF OPERATIONS:
A Head Of Operations will be responsible for cementing their dealership/franchise together and making sure all areas are running smoothly and business goals are reached

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage and coordinate the entire management team to plan and assist in the future growth of the dealership
  • Guide, train and support the dealership in achieving their daily, weekly and monthly goals
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and profit for the dealership by ensuring consultants have well qualified cooking shows.

  • Responsible for maintaining  database of bookings and customer information
  • Maintain a good relationship between  the dealership and the customers
  • Coordinate and conduct trainings for new recruits.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • BS.c in relevant discipline
  • Masters, MBA in relevant discipline
  • 5years in a supervisory/ leadership role
  • PC proficiency and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point, Google and CRM knowledge is essential.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR THE TRAINING MANAGER:
The Training Manager will be responsible for Planning, directing, or coordinating the training and the development activities of the organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
  • Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop testing and evaluation procedures.
  • Conduct or arrange for ongoing training and personal development classes for staff members.
  • Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on cooking shows  processes, changes, and other factors.
  • Develop and organize training manuals, cooking utenstils, and other materials that may be needed.
  • Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
  • Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
  • Prepare training budget for department or organization.
  • Train staff in techniques and skills for developing staff.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • BSc/BA in relevant discipline
  • 5years experience in leadership role and supervisory role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint
