JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Meet and greet clients
- Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Maintain security protocols by following procedures, monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges.
- Maintain telecommunication system
- Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Perform administrative functions
- Book meetings
- Arrange couriers , sort and distribute post
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bsc/Hnd in relevant course
- Microsoft office skills
- Professionalism
- Customer focus
- Be able to handle pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Procurement skills
- Good multi-tasking skills
SALARY: 40k-60k
