A company is reliable source of fuel and energy products located on Lagos Island and is currently looking for a Financial Officer

Qualification:

• BSc/HND in Finance or Accounting 
• Minimum of 3 years in Finance/Accounting
• Demonstrated experience in Financial management
• Experience in LPO and Account Receivables
• Technically savvy, with outstanding use of computer software 
• Ability to educate and advise management on financial issues
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Personal quality integrity, credibility and commitment

Summary

The financial officer will be responsible for overseeing company’s account, facilitate project financing, make sure all accounts are balanced; research and advise on every government or banking incentives, facilitating and execution of banking-instruments. Confirming and releasing products to customers. Supporting all sales and enquiry from customers. Automating the entire financing process.

Responsibilities:

• Balancing all account, manage cash control and up to date book keeping
• Track transactions and maintain cash reserve
• Ensure all expenses are within account receivables
• Prepare all financial statements, invoices, proposals etc. as required
• Ensure account receivables and payable activities are performed accurately and timely
• Ensure that financial transaction are properly updated and recorded
• Manage the preparation of balance sheet, income statement, expense report 
• Ensure date integrity in all financial reporting 
• Update financial record with recent transaction and changes
• Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related isues
• Review financial paperwork/procedures and make appropriate changes

Salary

N100,000.00 + Bonus Prime
